Fotify Refund Policy

At Fotify, we strive to provide the best possible service for our customers. We understand that circumstances can change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and flexible while protecting the integrity of our service.

Our Refund Promise

  • Full Refund for Eligible Events: We offer a full refund for events that meet our eligibility criteria.
  • No Questions Asked: For eligible refunds, we trust our users and won't require explanations.
  • Timely Processing: We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The event has not yet started, OR
  • If the event has started, fewer than 30 photos have been uploaded to the event.

Please Note: Once 30 or more photos have been uploaded to an event, it is no longer eligible for a refund. This policy ensures fairness to all users and protects the collaborative nature of our platform while still providing flexibility for events that have just begun.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to refund@fotify.app
  2. Specify the reason for your refund request (optional)

We will review your request and process eligible refunds as quickly as possible.

Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions:
    • If no events from your current subscription period have been used (according to the single event criteria), you may be eligible for a full refund of the current period.
    • If even one event from your current subscription period has been used (i.e., it has started and/or has 30 or more uploaded photos), the entire current subscription period becomes non-refundable.
    • Past subscription periods are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a unique circumstance not covered by this policy, please contact our support team at hello@fotify.app. We'll be happy to review your case individually.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Fotify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
