Fotify Refund Policy

Fair Use Guidelines

We aim to protect against abuse of our platform while still giving you the freedom to explore Fotify risk-free. A full refund is automatically offered if your usage meets both of the following conditions:

• RSVP Limit: Fewer than 10 RSVPs have been confirmed or accepted for your event.
• Photo Limit: Fewer than 20 photos have been uploaded to your event.

Once your event surpasses 10 RSVPs or 20 photos, we consider it “actively used” and no longer automatically eligible for a full refund. However, if you feel you still deserve a refund despite surpassing these limits, please contact us at hello@fotify.app, and we will review your case and provide a response as soon as possible.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to refund@fotify.app.
2. Include your event details (e.g., Event ID, organizer’s email).
3. We’ll confirm your usage status and process your refund request as soon as possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.

Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual Plans)

• You can cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• If all events in your current billing period stay under the fair use thresholds (10 RSVPs / 20 photos), you remain eligible for a full refund for that cycle.
• If any event in your subscription exceeds those limits, the cycle is considered “used” and is non-refundable (unless reviewed under special circumstances).

Policy Updates

This policy may change over time. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting. Continuing to use Fotify means you accept these changes.
