How Table Management Works

Create Your Tables

Start by setting up your venue layout digitally:

• Add tables with unique numbers and optional friendly names ("VIP Table", "Family Table")
• Set capacity limits to ensure you never over-assign

Assign Guests with Drag and Drop

The intuitive interface makes assignment effortless:

1. See all unassigned guests in one place
2. Drag guest cards to their designated tables
3. Watch capacity counts update in real-time
4. Search and filter to find specific guests quickly

Track Individual Names

For guests bringing plus-ones, you can now track each person individually:

• Name each person in a guest's party
• Assign family members to different tables if needed
• Keep track of who's actually attending

Automatic Guest Notification

Here's where the magic happens: once you assign a guest to a table, they'll see their assignment directly in their digital invitation. No separate emails, no confusion at the door.

Guests who haven't been assigned yet see a friendly "To be announced" message, so they know you're working on it.
