Need an invoice for your Fotify purchase? We're happy to provide one. Simply send us an email with your billing details and we'll generate your invoice.
Requesting an Invoice
Send an email to hello@fotify.app with the subject line "Invoice Request" and include the following information:
Required Information
- Account email - The email address associated with your Fotify account
- Purchase date - When you made the purchase
- Plan purchased - Photo Gallery or Premium Event
Billing Details
Please include all details you need on the invoice:
- Company/Individual name - Full legal name for the invoice
- Tax ID / VAT number - Your business tax identification number (if applicable)
- Billing address - Complete address including:
- Street address
- City
- State/Province
- Postal/ZIP code
- Country
