How to Share Carousel Access with Your DJ
Give your DJ, AV team, or venue staff access to display your live photo carousel without sharing your account login. They can run the display on their equipment while you focus on your event.
Generating a Share Link
- Go to Photos → Live Photos
- Click the Share icon in the top controls
- Copy the public link that appears
This link lets anyone view and display your carousel without needing account access.
Sending to Your DJ or Venue
Send the link to your DJ or AV team via:
- Email before the event
- Text message
- Print it for venue staff
They simply open the link in a browser and enter full-screen mode.
What They Can Do
With the share link, your DJ or venue staff can:
- View the live carousel
- Enter full-screen mode
- Display on projectors or screens
They cannot:
- Approve or reject photos
- Access your account
Revoking Access
If you need to revoke access:
- Go to Photos → Live Photos
- Click the Share icon
- Click "Generate New Link"
The old link stops working immediately, and you'll get a new link to share.
