What's the Maximum Photo Size?
Fotify accepts large, high-quality photos from any modern smartphone or camera. Here are the limits you should know.
Photo Limits
- Maximum file size: 50 MB per photo
- Maximum resolution: 100 megapixels
Most smartphone photos are well within these limits. Even professional DSLR photos typically fit.
Video Limits
- Maximum file size: 80 MB per video
- Maximum length: 30 seconds
Video uploads are available on Premium Event plans.
What Happens If a File Is Too Large?
If a guest tries to upload a file that exceeds the limits:
- The upload will fail with an error message
- The guest will be prompted to select a smaller file
- They can try compressing or resizing before re-uploading
