Fotify accepts large, high-quality photos from any modern smartphone or camera. Here are the limits you should know.

Photo Limits

• Maximum file size: 50 MB per photo
• Maximum resolution: 100 megapixels

Most smartphone photos are well within these limits. Even professional DSLR photos typically fit.

Video Limits

• Maximum file size: 80 MB per video
• Maximum length: 30 seconds

Video uploads are available on Premium Event plans.

What Happens If a File Is Too Large?

If a guest tries to upload a file that exceeds the limits:

• The upload will fail with an error message
• The guest will be prompted to select a smaller file
• They can try compressing or resizing before re-uploading
