Can Guests View Photos in Real Time?
Yes! Guests can see photos appear instantly as they're uploaded. Fotify offers two ways to display photos in real time: the Live Carousel for big screens and the Public Album for individual viewing.
Live Carousel (Big Screen Display)
The Live Carousel shows photos on projectors, TVs, or monitors at your event:
- Go to Photos → Live Photos
- Connect your device to a display
- Click the full screen button
- Photos appear automatically as guests upload them
The carousel updates in real time - new photos show up within seconds of being uploaded.

Public Album (Individual Viewing)
Share a link so guests can browse all photos on their phones:
- Go to Photos → Share Album
- Enable Public Album Access
- Copy and share the link with guests
Guests can refresh the album to see newly uploaded photos.

Instant Display with Auto-Approve
For photos to appear immediately, use Auto-Approve mode:
- Go to Photos and click "Change" on moderation settings
- Select "Auto-Approve"
- Save changes
With auto-approve, photos appear in the gallery within seconds of upload.
If you have moderation enabled, photos only appear after you approve them.
