How to Control Photo Visibility
You have full control over which photos appear in your gallery. Use moderation to review photos before they're visible, or manage your public album access to control who can view your photos.
Approved vs. Pending Photos
Your album has two sections:
- Approved Photos - Visible to everyone viewing your gallery
- Photos to Review - Only visible to you (the organizer)
Photos in the review queue are hidden from guests until you approve them.
How to Hide Photos from Guests
Option 1: Enable Manual Approval
Require your approval before any photo becomes visible:
- Go to Photos → Click "Change" on moderation
- Select "Manual Approval"
- Save changes
New uploads will go to your review queue. Only photos you approve will be visible to guests.
Option 2: Delete Unwanted Photos
Remove photos that are already in your gallery:
- Go to Photos → Album
- Hover over the photo you want to remove
- Click the delete icon
- The photo is permanently removed
Controlling Public Album Access
Control who can view your gallery:
Enable/Disable Public Access

- Toggle "Public Album Access" on or off
- When off, no one can view your gallery via the link
