How to View and Manage Your Photo Album
Your event album is where all guest-uploaded photos and videos are collected. From here you can view, approve, delete, and organize your event memories.
Accessing Your Album
- From your event dashboard, click "Photos" in the sidebar
- Click "Album" in the Actions section
- Your photo album will open showing all uploaded content
You can return to the Photos overview anytime by clicking "← Back to Photos".
Album Tabs
Your album has two tabs to help you manage photos:
Approved Photos
Shows all photos and videos that are visible to guests in your gallery. These have been approved (either automatically or manually).
Photos to Review
Shows photos waiting for your approval. This tab appears when you have Manual Approval or AI Moderation enabled. Review each photo and decide whether to approve or reject it.
Managing Photos
Viewing Photos
Click on any photo to view it in full size. Videos display with a play button - click to watch.
Deleting Photos
Hover over a photo to reveal the delete button (trash icon). Click it to remove the photo from your album. Deleted photos cannot be recovered.
Photo Details
Each photo shows the upload date. Videos are marked with a play icon for easy identification.
Album Features
Customize Public Album
Click "Customize Public Album" to personalize how your shared gallery looks to guests. Add a cover photo, customize colors, and control what information is displayed. Learn more about customizing your album.
Pre-Populate Album
Click "Pre-Populate Album" to add your own photos to the gallery. This is great for:
- Adding professional photographer shots
- Including photos taken before the event
- Seeding the gallery with initial content to encourage guests to upload

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can guests see all photos in the album? A: Guests can only see photos in the "Approved Photos" tab. Photos waiting for review are only visible to you.
Q: How do I approve photos when using manual moderation? A: Go to the "Photos to Review" tab, review each photo, and approve or reject them. Approved photos move to the main album.
Q: Can I recover a deleted photo? A: No, deleted photos are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any photos you want to keep before deleting.
Q: Is there a limit to how many photos can be in my album? A: Free events allow up to 50 photos. Paid plans (Photo Gallery and Premium Event) support unlimited photos.
Q: Can I rearrange the order of photos? A: Photos are displayed in chronological order by upload date. The most recent uploads appear first.
Q: How do I download all my photos? A: Use the "Download All" feature from the Photos page. This option becomes available when your event ends, or you can download individual photos by clicking on them.
