Fotify was founded in 2024 and is run by its founder, who leads the product, the engineering and the support and answers customer questions directly in the dashboard chat and by email.

Every blog post and help article on this site is written or reviewed by the team against the product as it ships, so what you read here matches what you get in the dashboard.

What Fotify does

Live guest photo sharing

Guests scan a QR code and upload photos and videos from their phone, with no app and no account. Photos appear on a live wall at the venue and in a shared gallery the organizer moderates.

Digital invitations with RSVP

Branded invitations sent by link, email or SMS, with one link per guest, RSVP tracking, plus-ones, meal choices, reminders and a free RSVP website.

Planning tools

Multi-day itineraries with PDF export, seating charts, guest check-in with entry QR codes, an organizer dashboard and a team workspace for professionals.

On the day

DJ song requests, Match & Connect networking, guest games and a live carousel for the screens, all from the same event.

How we write

The blog and the help center exist to answer organizers' questions, not to fill a content calendar. Four rules apply to every article:

  • Features are described as they exist in the product. Nothing is written from memory or from a roadmap.
  • Prices and plan limits come from the live catalog, so a plan change updates every page that mentions it.
  • Every post shows its publication date and an updated date when it is revised, and help articles are revised when the feature they describe changes.
  • Comparisons with other tools are based on their public pages at the time of writing and link to them.
