Seating and check-in from the same list

What is an RSVP website?
A page with your event details and a reply form, reached by a link. Guests open it on their phone, answer, and the reply lands on your guest list. On Fotify that page is your digital invitation: the same link carries the details, the RSVP form and, later, the guest's table and entry QR code.
Is the RSVP website free?
The Free plan is free and includes up to 20 invitations, with the RSVP form, the guest list and every design included. Larger lists move to a flat price per event; the Premium and Professional plans have no invitation limit. Sharing links on WhatsApp is always free; sending by email or SMS uses message packs.
How do I create an RSVP link?
Create the event, add the date, venue and reply deadline, and the invitation is live. Each guest you add gets a personal link you copy from the guest list. For an open event, turn on the registration link and share it anywhere; you can create one link per channel to see where each registration came from.
Can guests reply without an app?
Yes. The link opens in the browser on any phone or computer. No download, no account, no password.
How does the RSVP tracker work?
The guest list shows every guest as accepted, declined or not answered, with party size, meal choices, comments and custom answers beside the name. Can I import my guest list from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste the rows straight from your spreadsheet with the header. Only a name column is required; last name, email, phone, party size and tags are optional, and common column names are recognized.
Does it work for weddings and company events?
