What reviewers mention most
Support answered by a person
The most repeated point. Reviewers describe replies within minutes, fixes shipped within a day, and the founder answering in person. The dashboard chat is answered first by an assistant; what it cannot solve becomes a support ticket, and tickets and support@fotify.app are answered by the people who build the product.
Guests who are not tech-savvy manage fine
Older relatives and remote conference participants come up again and again: a QR code, no app and no account is what makes the difference on the day.
Invitations, RSVPs and the photo wall in one place
Organizers who used more than the gallery say the pieces talk to each other: the guest list feeds the RSVP, the RSVP feeds seating and check-in, the same QR code collects the photos.
Priced per event
"Really affordable" and "money well spent" refer to paying once per event rather than a subscription, with a free plan to try first.

How these reviews are collected
Fotify asks organizers twice in the dashboard: a banner from the third day after their first sign-in asks whether they are enjoying Fotify, and after an event ends they are asked to rate it. Those who answer yes, or rate the event 4 or 5 stars, are invited to write a Trustpilot review; the others are asked what went wrong and routed to support instead. Anyone can write a review on Trustpilot at any time, invited or not. Nothing is offered in exchange, Trustpilot's rules forbid paying for reviews or hiding them, and we reply publicly to every review that raises a problem.

Questions people ask before trying Fotify
- Is Fotify legit?
- Yes. Fotify is run by Lumenlio, LLC, a United States company founded in 2024, and has collected guest photos at thousands of events since February 2025. The reviews linked on this page are on sites we do not control, and you can check the company on Trustpilot and its software listing on Capterra.
- Where can I read all Fotify reviews?
- On Trustpilot, which holds the full list with dates and reviewer profiles. The Facebook and Reddit threads linked above are where organizers compare Fotify with other apps in their own words.
- Does Fotify remove negative reviews?
- No. Trustpilot does not let companies remove or hide reviews, and we reply publicly to every one that reports a problem. If something went wrong at your event, write to support@fotify.app first: most issues are fixed the same day.
- Can I try Fotify before paying?
- Yes. The free plan lets you create an event, send invitations to a small guest list and collect photos through the QR code, so you can test the guest experience before buying a plan for the real date.
