How guests upload photos to your Fotify event: no app and no account. Share your upload link or print the QR code, guests scan it and pick photos in their phone's browser, choose Optimized or Full HD, add a name and a message, and tap Upload. The photos land in your album and on the live wall.

How to get the QR code your guests scan to upload photos to your Fotify event. It's ready the moment you create your event: open Photos and click QR Code (before the event it's the big card at the top). Copy the upload link or open it, check what guests see, download a crisp 1024 x 1024 PNG for signs, table cards and invitations, or print it straight away. Guests scan it with their phone's camera, no app needed, and their photos go straight to your album. The code never changes, and guests can upload as soon as the event starts.

How to show your guests' photos live on a TV or projector with Fotify: it works in any web browser. Open Photos, then Live Photos, where your guests' photos play one after another. Click Share for a public link with no login needed, to hand to your DJ or the venue. In the settings, choose how long each photo stays on screen and show your QR code now and then so guests can scan it and upload. Open the link on the laptop connected to the screen or on a smart TV's browser, and click full screen: new photos join the show moments after guests upload them. Test it at the venue before the event, on a stable internet connection.

How to check guest photos before everyone sees them with Fotify. In Photos, next to Moderation Method, click Change, pick Manual Approval and save: every upload now waits for you instead of going straight to the gallery. Open Album, then Photos to Review: approve a photo to show it in your gallery, or delete it for good. For a long queue, turn on Select, pick several photos and approve them all at once. On bigger events, AI Moderation approves safe photos for you and flags the rest for review (Photo Gallery plan and up), and you can add moderators from the Moderation Center (Premium plan and up).

How to make your guest photo upload page match your event with Fotify. Open Photos and, under Collect photos, click Page Design. Pick a category such as Wedding, then a template: the live preview updates right away. Open Customize Colors & Layout to change the colors, fonts and layout, like a hero photo across the top. Add your own page description and the thank-you title guests see after they upload. Under Upload Quality, choose Full HD only to get every photo at full resolution (paid events). Click Save, then Preview to see the page your guests get. Page design works on every plan, including Free, and you can change it anytime, even during the event.

Send a reaction and it bursts across the wall, or type an announcement and send it. Hand the remote to your DJ with a private link, and revoke it anytime.

WhatsApp: click the WhatsApp icon next to a guest and WhatsApp opens with the invitation already written; guests you've messaged turn green. SMS: check your names and the event name, then send to one guest or to all; each guest gets their own RSVP link, and texts arrive between 9 AM and 9 PM in each guest's time zone.

How to keep track of who's coming with your Fotify guest list. Open Guests: each invitation shows its answer (accepted, declined or not answered yet). Click a status to filter the list, and pick more than one, like everyone you still need to chase. Add a guest with their name, email, phone and party size, or upload a CSV or Excel file, or rows pasted from a spreadsheet. Tag guests like Family or VIP and filter by tag, edit an answer or copy a guest's personal RSVP link from their row, and download the list as Excel, CSV or PDF, with exactly what the list is showing.

How to make a seating chart for your event with Fotify. Open Seating: every guest on your list is already there, color-coded by RSVP (green accepted, blue pending, red declined). Click Create Table, give it a number, a name and its seats, then drag guests onto it; each table shows how many seats are taken. Or click Auto-seat and the assistant places everyone in one go, keeps parties together and shows you the plan before anything changes. Switch to Map to lay out the room with the dance floor, the stage or the bar, and trace over your venue's floor plan. Export prints the map, a card for every table or an escort list for the entrance, and the seat finder link lets guests type their name and see their table.

1:19How to use the planning hub
How to plan your event's budget, vendors and to-do list in one place with Fotify's planning hub, on the Professional plan and up. Click Planning, pick a template, your currency and how many guests you expect, then Create planning hub. The overview shows your projected total, what's paid and the next payments due. In Budget, add a line with its estimate and the contracted price once you have a quote; per-guest costs follow your RSVPs. Give each line a payment schedule: everyone planning gets an email a week and a day before a payment is due. Keep your vendors with their status and arrival time on the day, vote on decisions together and turn the winner into a budget line, and work through a checklist dated back from your event day with your partner as a collaborator.

On your event page, open DJ Dashboard: your song request link and QR code are ready as soon as you create the event. Click QR / Print and put the code on the tables and by the dance floor. Guests type a song, pick it from the suggestions, add their name if they like, and send it. It shows up on your DJ Dashboard in real time with each song's genre and tempo; requests for the same song are grouped, and Most Requested puts the favorites first. Tap the checkmark once a song is played, and give your DJ the Live Request Display link for the booth: they see every request without access to your account.

How to collect voice messages from your guests with Echoes, Fotify's audio guestbook. On your event page, click Echoes in Quick Actions (Premium plan and up) and turn on the Audio Guestbook: messages are saved to a private Voice Messages album, and you choose how long each one can be. Record a welcome greeting, the first thing your guests will hear, and save it. Share the QR code or the link on a sign, a table card or your invitation. Guests scan it, hear your greeting, add their name and tap to record, then send it: no app, no sign-up. Every message lands in your Voice messages list, ready to play or download, one by one or all at once.

How to help your guests meet each other with Match & Connect on Fotify. On your event page, scroll to Match & Connect: try it free with your first four guests, or get it included from the Professional plan up. Choose Social for matchmaking or Business for professional networking, then copy the link to share it. Guests open the link and make a profile with a photo, their name, a short bio and their interests. Then they swipe: left to skip, right to like. When two guests like each other, it's a match, and their contact details are revealed. Back on your dashboard you can see profiles, matches and engagement, and unlock the whole guest list anytime.
