Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I get the song request QR code before my event date? A: Yes! As soon as you create your event, the song request links and QR codes are available. You can print and prepare everything in advance.
Q: Will early submissions still be saved? A: Yes, any song requests submitted before or during the event are saved in your event's database. Your DJ can see the full history throughout the event and gallery access period.
Q: How long are song requests stored? A: Song requests remain accessible throughout your event and gallery access period. Once gallery access expires (based on your event plan), all event data including song requests is cleaned up.
Q: Can I test the QR code before the event? A: Absolutely. Scan it yourself to submit a test request. You'll see it appear in the DJ Dashboard immediately.
Q: What if I need to change the QR code? A: The QR code stays the same for your event. Any changes to the form settings don't affect the QR code link. Turning public album sharing off pauses it (turning sharing back on restores the same link), and only Generate new link on the Photos page or the live carousel replaces it, so avoid that once your QR codes are printed.
