How to send invitations by email, SMS or WhatsApp
How to send your invitation to every guest with Fotify, three ways. WhatsApp: click the WhatsApp icon next to a guest and WhatsApp opens with the invitation already written; guests you've messaged turn green. Email: configure the Invitation template with your names and a personal message while the live preview shows exactly what guests receive, then choose who gets it and send now or schedule it for later. SMS: check your names and the event name, then send to one guest or to all; each guest gets their own RSVP link, and texts arrive between 9 AM and 9 PM in each guest's time zone.

How do you send your invitation to every guest? By WhatsApp, email, or text message. Here's how.
For WhatsApp, open Guests, and click the WhatsApp icon next to a guest. WhatsApp opens with your invitation already written. Guests you've messaged turn green, so you always know who has theirs.
For email, open Invitation, then the Email tab. Click Configure on the Invitation template. Add your names, and a personal message.
The live preview shows exactly what your guests will receive. Then click Send Invitations. Choose who gets it, and send it now, or schedule it for later.
For text messages, open the SMS tab. Check your names and the event name. Each guest gets their own message, with their RSVP link.
Click Send next to a guest, or Send to All. Texts arrive between 9 AM and 9 PM, in each guest's time zone. Create your free event at fotify.app.
