What if planning your event was as easy as sending a message? Connect your AI assistant to Fotify, and it does the work. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Muse.

In your Fotify account, open AI assistants, pick yours, and approve access once. Now just ask. It creates your event, with the date, the venue and RSVP.

Paste your guest list into the chat. It adds everyone in one go, and tags family and friends. Describe the invitation you want.

It designs it, and sends you a preview link. Nothing goes live until you say so. It adds the day's schedule, and the questions you want on the RSVP form.

When it's time to send the invitations, it shows you exactly who will get them, and waits for your OK. When replies are slow, it emails a reminder to everyone who hasn't answered, again only after your OK. It writes a WhatsApp message for guests without email, updates the answers you get by phone, and exports the whole list, personal RSVP links included.

Once you know who's coming, paste a photo of the venue's floor plan. It rebuilds the room, and seats everyone, families together. Need your QR code, or the link to the shared album?

Just ask. It answers your questions, too. It keeps an eye on the budget, too: what's paid, what's left, and what's due next.

And on the night, it's your co-host. It approves the latest photos, and puts a message on every screen. Your assistant does the clicking.
