How to track RSVPs and manage your guest list
How to keep track of who's coming with your Fotify guest list. Open Guests: each invitation shows its answer (accepted, declined or not answered yet). Click a status to filter the list, and pick more than one, like everyone you still need to chase. Add a guest with their name, email, phone and party size, or upload a CSV or Excel file, or rows pasted from a spreadsheet. Tag guests like Family or VIP and filter by tag, edit an answer or copy a guest's personal RSVP link from their row, and download the list as Excel, CSV or PDF, with exactly what the list is showing.

How do you keep track of who's coming? Your guest list shows every answer. Here's how.
Open Guests. Each invitation shows its answer: accepted, declined, or not answered yet. Click a status to filter the list.
Pick more than one, say, everyone you still need to chase. To add someone, click Add Guest. Type their name, email and phone, and how many people the invitation covers.
Have a spreadsheet? Upload Guest List takes a CSV or Excel file, or rows pasted straight from it. Tag guests, like Family or VIP, and filter the list by tag.
Each row has quick actions: edit their answer, or copy their personal RSVP link. Download gives you Excel, CSV or PDF, with exactly what the list is showing. Create your free event at fotify.app.
